Defrost in the fridge overnight (or in a sealed container in cold water for faster defrosting). Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Always wash hands, bowls, and surfaces after handling raw meat.

The general guideline is 2–3% of your dog's ideal body weight per day for an adult dog. A 20kg dog would eat approximately 400–600g daily. Puppies require proportionally more (up to 5–8% body weight depending on age). Use our feeding calculator on the collection page for a personalised recommendation.

Yes, raw food is suitable from weaning (approximately 4–6 weeks). We recommend the boneless mince range for puppies and younger dogs as softer texture aids digestion and eliminates small bone risk during early development.

A good starting rotation for variety and nutritional balance: beef, chicken, lamb, and either duck or turkey. For dogs with sensitivities, begin with a single protein for 6–8 weeks before introducing a second. Venison, pheasant, salmon, and wild rabbit are excellent novel proteins for dogs with established intolerances.
